- If you have earlier used this portal and now not able to access your account - you
will have to create a new account in order to access the portal.
Note: All your earlier activities performed on the portal will be restored
onto your this new account.
Follow the below steps to create your new account:
Step 1 – Click on Forgot Password Link
Click on Forgot Password link and specify your Username (your email address),
system will automatically recognize and prompt you to create account - Candidate
ID will be automatically displayed, you have to just specify your First Name and
proceed to create your account.
Step 2 – Account activation
Once you create your account, system will send you an account activation email
to your mail box. Account activation is a one-time activity. Be sure to check your
spam and junk folders for our account activation email.
Just in-case, if you have lost the account activation email, you can have it resend
to you again at this

Step 3 – Access portal
After successful account activation, you can access the portal.
